Recipe for a Vanilla and White Chocolate Bundt Cake – enjoy with a steaming cup of coffee or tea
1 cup butter softened
1 cup cold milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups flour
150 gr white chocolate cut into chunks
150 gr white chocolate to drizzle over cake
In an electric mixers bowl, add all the ingredients, except the chocolate chunks, and mix on high for 3 – 5 minutes.
Add the white chocolate chunks, mix through and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 45 – 50 minutes at 180 degrees, until tester comes out clean.
Leave to cool, and drizzle with melted white choc.
