Full-of-goodness recipe for a Unicorn Power Smoothie
1 cup water
2-3 Tbsp yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
1 small beetroot, peeled
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 serving Wazoogles berry smoothie powder
1 Tbsp Açai berry powder
1 Tbsp Be Lively Dragonfruit Powder
1 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint
Toppings (all optional)
a few extra frozen or fresh berries
1 Tbsp toasted flaked almonds
a few baby basil leaves
Blend the smoothie ingredients together until smooth, adjust the consistency by adding a little extra water if you like, pour into a bowl or two, add your toppings and serve. Alternatively, loosen with a little extra water and pour into a jar to enjoy on the go.
Refrigerate any extra for up to 24 hours.
