A favourite food superhero, this recipe for Turmeric and Ginger Kefir Breakfast Shots has great health-boosting benefits

1 cup kefir
1 tsp ground turmeric (or 1/2 tsp grated fresh turmeric)
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup

How to

Mix together and enjoy.

You can make these in small glass jars the day before to enjoy on-the-go or at your desk.

Try making little ‘Breakfast Bowls’ by layering these ingredients into a small bowl along with a handful of nuts and raisins or cranberries or fresh berries, and 3-4 Tbsp greek yoghurt.
