Try this sugar free recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies – a quick, simple and sweet treat

1 cup gluten flour
1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup all natural peanut butter (creamed peanuts)
1/4 cup butter softened
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

How to
Preheat oven to 375F/190C

Combine flour, Splenda and baking powder.

Add in peanut butter, egg, butter, water and vanilla; mix well to combine. Then add chocolate chips and mix.

Scoop into balls, flatten and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
