Try this heart healthy recipe for homemade vegetarian pizza. What could be better?

Whole-wheat pizza base
Your choice of sauce
1/2 yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
1/2 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 baby marrow cut into circles
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Black pepper to taste
Sprinkle mixed herbs
Few sprigs rosemary, chopped
Few sprigs basil, chopped

How to
Spread some sauce or chutney onto the uncooked pizza base

Add the vegetables and then the mozzarella cheese.
Season with black pepper and the herbs.

Bake at 160C for about 8-10 minutes or until the base is nice and crispy and the cheese is melted.
