This recipe for Double Chocolate Brownies is a decadent treat
170 gr bittersweet chocolate
110 gr of butter
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and whisk in sugar. Then add the eggs, 1 at a time, until combined.
Whisk in cocoa and salt. Fold in flour until combined.
Put batter into a pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven (180C) for 30-35 min.
It’s ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let it cool before cutting.
