This recipe for Chocolate Fudge Brownies is delectable especially when its served with cream and cherries.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup ground walnuts

How to
Cream 1 Tbs. butter with sugar.

Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.

Add vanilla.

Melt remaining butter with chocolate;

Cool and beat into creamed mixture.

Stir in flour, salt, and nuts; blend well.

Pour batter into greased and floured pan (or use parchment paper)

Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into small squares.
