This is a really simple way to make your own cottage cheese – enjoy on a crispy roll.

Ingredients
400ml whole fat milk
2 tbsp white rice vinegar

How to
Heat milk in a small saucepan and until it comes to a gentle boil.

Add rice vinegar. Milk will curdle instantly.

Drain and wash.
