This Crustless Asparagus and Prawn Quiche is a fantastic teatime snack

soft butter
1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh breadcrumbs (1-2 slices of bread)
200 g fresh green asparagus, the cut ends snapped off by hand
1 T (15 ml) olive oil
2 onions, finely chopped
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Green Onion Seasoning
1 T (15 ml) canola oil
1 T (15 ml) butter
250-300 g peeled prawns, completely defrosted
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
3 T (45 ml) Ina Paarman’s White Sauce Powder
3/4 cup (180 ml) grated cheddar or gouda cheese
3 extra large eggs
1 cup (250 ml) fresh cream
