Fantastically healthy recipe for Tahini Coconut Balls – dairy, gluten and sugar free

Ingredients
½ cup almond meal
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or stevia powder
1 heaped tbsp tahini
Pinch of sea salt ¼ cup water

How to
Add ingredients to food processor

Add the water slowly

Roll into balls

Top with sweet tahini drizzle – 1 tbsp tahini + stevia + water – until smooth texture

Keep in fridge!
