A delicious and healthy recipe for a Tahini and Vanilla Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp LSA (a mix of linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup ice
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla powder

How to
Process all the ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth

Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings to serve.

Suggestions include berries, crushed nuts, gluten-free granola and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
