Recipe for the perfect Sweet Potato Wedges

5 medium sweet potatoes
¼ cup (60 ml) water
Ina Paarman’s Vegetable or Potato Spice
3 T (45 ml) butter, melted

How to
Place the sweet potatoes in a microwave proof dish, add the water and cover with the lid.

Microwave for +-10-15 minutes on high until potatoes are fork tender.

Cut lengthways into halves or quarters, season with Vegetable Spice. Arrange potato wedges into a serving dish. Drizzle with melted butter.

Scoop sweet potato out of the skins, season, and mash with butter. Reheat in microwave before serving.
