This recipe for Sweet and Spicy Glazed Pork Tenderloin is full of delicious Asian inspired flavours
2 Tbs. Oil
220g Tenderloins (or any other cut, 110g per person)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1/3 cup Ketchup (or fav. bbq sauce)
4 Tbs. Sriracha, more if desired
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/2-1 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce lite or to taste
1 tsp. ground Ginger
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
Cut tenderloins into strips or bite size pieces. Rub with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Preheat oil and cook pork for about 3-4 minutes per side on medium high, turning until it’s no longer pink and looks crunchy on the ends.
While pork is cooking, in a mixing bowl combine ingredients for the sauce.
When pork is done, take half of the oil out (optional) and pour the sauce in.
Stir and turn pork around several times so it can get glazed on all sides.
Let it cook for approximately 7 minutes on medium high. When it gets thicker and bubbly, it is done.
Serve it in a bun, over rice, mashed potatoes or salad.
