Healthy sweet treat recipe for Salted Caramel Slices – enjoy guilt-free

½ cup cashews
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup dates, pitted
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup water

How to
Put all the above ingredients into a food processor and pulse.

Place mixture in a ramekin or square glass container. Flatten evenly across the bottom, then place in fridge for 40-60 minutes.

Remove and cut into squares.
