Recipe for a refreshing drink made with rooibos tea, apple juice, honey, fresh passion fruit and mint

4 rooibos tea bags
1.5 liters boiled water
500 ml apple juice
2 tablespoons honey
5 fresh passion fruits flesh scooped out
handful fresh mint

How to
To start, boil your kettle and pour over the teabags. Leave to brew for 10 minutes.

Add the apple juice and honey, mix through and refrigerate until use.

Once ready to serve, add spoonfuls of passion fruit flesh and fresh mint leaves to the tea.

Serve chilled.

It keeps for up to a week in the fridge.
