Reader submitted recipe for Chocolate Cake with no eggs.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:

3 cups flour
5 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp bicarb of soda
pinch of salt
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa

Wet Ingredients:

2 cups boiling water
1 cup oil
4 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Icing:

125g margarine softened
2 cups icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
few drops of milk

How to
Sift the dry ingredients 3 times and place in bowl.

Mix together wet ingredients, and pour into dry, stirring quickly.

Pour into greased oven tray and bake at 180 C for 20 minutes.

When cool, ice with chocolate icing.
