Healthy breakfast recipe for Quinoa Breakfast Buddha Bowls

1 cup Tipiak Quinoa Gourmand, rinsed
2tbsp honey or xylitol, or to taste
2 cups almond or coconut milk (or a combination of the milk and water)
½tsp either ground cinnamon and cardamom
handful slivered almonds
fresh berries, sliced papaya and mango, or other fruit in season
Plain yoghurt
Honey (optional)

How To
Combine the Tipiak Quinoa Gourmand, honey and milk in a small saucepan.

Heat to just below boiling, stir, lower the heat, cover and cook for 12 minutes.

Fluff the quinoa and stir through the cinnamon or cardamom.

Divide between 2 bowls.

While still warm, top with slivered almonds, fresh fruit, yoghurt and honey, if using.

Serve immediately.
