Whip up this super simple and super quick dessert recipe for Cocoa Halva Mousse with a dark choc crust
200ml fresh cream
1 tub Mediterranean Delicacies Cocoa Halva
75g Dark Chocolate
Fresh strawberries, for serving
Whip the cream until thick and it can form stiff peaks. Crumble the halva into the dish and fold through until just combined. Place into serving glasses and chill in the freezer if you are eating immediately, or in the fridge if serving within the next few hours.
Meanwhile, make the chocolate crust by melting your chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, then stir with a whisk until smooth and glossy. This should take about 2 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature and then pour over the mousse and chill again until the chocolate has set. Serve with fresh strawberries on the side.
