Papaya and Berry Smoothie recipe – a healthy way to start your day
1 ripe banana, peeled
1 small Papaya, peeled and seeded
250 ml (1 Cup) berries (raspberries/ blueberries/strawberries etc.)
5 ml (1 t) almond nut butter
125 – 250 ml (½ – 1 C) almond milk
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If you like your smoothie consistency a little runnier, thin with a little ice water.
