Ingredients
1 cup natural yogurt
1 cup berry juice
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 banana
3 tablespoons roasted macadamia nut butter
nuts and seeds to garnish

How to
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish the glass with nut butter and top with nuts or seeds..

Notes:
Add your variety of health kick ingredients.
Can also be enjoyed layered with granola and fresh fruit.
