Get a few servings of fruits and veggies in this healthy recipe for Kale, Matcha and Mango Smoothie

2 bananas
1/2 Mango
1 cup Kale
2 teaspoons Premium Green Tea Powder (Matcha)
1 cup Ice-cubes
300ml Almond milk (Cashew, soy or regular milk works too)
Sweeten to taste
Flaxseed or Chia seeds, or any on hand.

How to
Place everything in your blender.

Blend for a minute or two or until everything is smooth.
