Make some homemade KFC for the kids with this recipe

Ingredients
1kg chicken wings and thighs
500g flour
salt, pepper
(you can add any spice you like: paprika, onion, garlic powder etc..)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
vegetable oil

How to
First of all you have to wash the chicken and let it dry.

Then heat some oil for deep frying

Then” season” the flour with salt, pepper and spices.

Whisk the eggs with the milk and dip the chicken, let it rest for few minutes then roll it in the flour, the again in eggs and roll in flour again. That’s what makes the skin crispy! Fry 2-3 pieces at the time in the hot vegetable oil (the thighs need a little more time). Serve hot for super crunchiness!

For a delicious variant you can season with a sauce comprised of a few drops of worchestershire sauce and cheese. Thyme leaves if you like them and let it melt in the oven and…enjoy!
