A healthy recipe for a Turmeric Latte with Almond Milk


1 cup almond milk/coco milk
1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of ground ginger/knob of fresh ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
3-6 drops vanilla stevia liquid (optional)

How to
Add the milk to a heated pot on the stove while adding in the rest of the ingredients.


Remove once heated.
