A healthy, homemade recipe for Blueberry Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients
200g frozen OZblu blueberries
400ml plain yoghurt
4 tbs (or to taste) icing sugar (or honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cones to serve (optional)
Fresh berries to serve (optional)

How to
Place the frozen berries, yoghurt, icing sugar (or honey) and vanilla into a blender and blend until pureed.

Once blended, spoon into cone cups (or bowls) and serve immediately topped with fresh berries.

Note: This recipe is best served immediately, but should you choose to freeze it for future use, make sure that you re-blend the entire mixture prior to serving.
