Ingenious recipe for Thai Fish Cakes served on lemongrass “skewers” – very simple to make too!

Ingredients
250 gr white meat fish fillet
1 egg
2 tbs all-purpose flour
1 tbs tapioca flour (see comments)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp turmeric
3 tbs lemon juice
lemon grass (cut about 10cm each)
coriander
salt
vegetable oil to fry

How to
Heat the oil

Mix all ingredients except lemon grass in a food processor

Wrap the batter around the lemon grass

Fry in heated oil

Serve with chilli sauce
