Decadent and indulgent recipe for Healthy Brownie Bites, full of good-for-you ingredients

1 cup medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 cup raw cashews
3 tbsp nut butter of choice
4 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp sea salt
3-4 tbsp filtered water
10-12 walnuts
Extra nut butter for decorating

How To
Add chopped medjool dates, cashews, nut butter, cacao powder and sea salt.

Process, gradually adding the filtered water, to make the mixture sticky but not wet, until well combined.

Roll heaped tablespoon of mixture into balls and lay on baking paper.

Cut each ball in half and sandwich with 1 tsp nut butter between each half. Tio wutg a walnut half.

Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set. Refrigerate for up to 7 days in an airtight container.
