Get in shape for swimsuit season with this Greek Tuna Salad recipe
170g of drained tuna
1/4 English cucumber, sliced
3-4 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
16 calamata olives
1/2 wheel of feta cheese, to be crumbed over salad as garnish
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 garlic glove, crushed
Ground black pepper
Drain he tuna
Prepare the dressing: Whisk the olive oil, mustard, garlic and vinegar in a bowl. Season with black pepper.
Add the cucumber, tomatoes and olives to the dressing.
Now add the tuna, and mix in gently.
Portion and crumb the feta over the salad as garnish and enjoy!
