A low fat recipe for tomato and cucumber Gazpacho Soup
10 spoonfuls of Herbalife Gourmet Tomato Soup powder
250 g onion
4 cloves of garlic
100 g red pepper
100 g green pepper
100 ml sherry vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 litre hot water
Add the hot water to the Gourmet Tomato Soup powder until it dissolves.
Put the remaining ingredients and the soup into a blender and add salt and vinegar.
Blend everything together and chill before serving.
