Ingredients

400 g frozen, peeled prawns
1 t (5 ml) Ina Paarman’s Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
1/4 t (1 ml) grated nutmeg
2 t (10 ml) grated lemon rind
1 T (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
3 T (45 ml) butter
1 x 250 g tub creamed cottage cheese
Ina Paarman’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
200 g smoked salmon trout ribbons

Melba Toast
1 ciabatta bread (one day old is easier to slice)
