Dairy, egg and gluten free recipe for Carob Truffles – delicious little sweet treats.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 cups cashew nuts
1 cup dates
2 cups carob (or chocolate) chunks

How to

Place all the ingredients except the carob into the magimix and blend until well mixed.

Melt the carob either in the microwave or a double boiler.

Form the fruit mix into balls and using a tablespoon dip them into the carob.

Wrap a tray in cling film and place each ball onto the cling form.

Put the tray into the fridge for ten minutes.
