Spoil your Valentine with this gluten free and low fat recipe for Chickpea Frozen Fudge

1 tin chickpeas
½ cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup low-fat milk
8 soft pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla essence

How to
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Spoon the batter into silicone moulds and freeze for 4 hours.

Serve frozen.

Try adding any of the below ingredients to your fudge:

-Chocolate chips
-Dried strawberries
-Cashew nuts
-Crumbled biscuits
