Whip up this healthy sweet treat – a Cinnamon Smoothie made with Greek Yoghurt

1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 Tbs. Low fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Cinnamon
3-4 Ice Cubes
Xylitol or similar (optional and to taste)

How to
Mix ingredients together and blend!

I like it thick! I often freeze the smoothie for half an hour and use a teaspoon to eat it! mmmm!
