Recipe for Chocolate Brownies, made with almond milk and black beans

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup spelt flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup nut butter
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp water)
1 tbsp granulated coffee
2 tbsp coconut sugar/ maple syrup/ sweetener of choice (add more or less at your own discretion)
1/2 tin drained black beans (mush/blend until paste)
1/2 cup finely grated zucchini (drain out excess water)
1/4 cup chocolate chips

How to
Mix all dry and then wet ingredients. Add choc chips last.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30min

(note: everyone’s ovens are different so poke with a knife to see if comes out clean).

Let cool.

Top with melted chocolate and coconut flakes.
