If you’re craving a chocolate treat, rather whip up this healthy recipe for a Choco Cinnamon Milkshake

2 heaped Tbsp. raw cacao powder
1/4 Avocado
2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt (optional)
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1-2 Tbsp. raw honey/maple syrup/stevia
dash of sea salt
1. 5 cups of of milk – I use almond milk
Cup of ice cubes

How to
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender; add water to thin if desired.

I love to top mine with some crushed walnuts!
