This recipe for Broccoli and Egg Breakfast Wrap is a healthy and delicious way to start the day.

2 beaten eggs ( or 3 egg whites)
1/2 steamed broccoli
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
1 Tbsp. LSA mix ( to bulk it up)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp almond milk
Himalayan salt
1/2 lemon

How to
Crush the broccoli and spinach in your food processor until it reaches a smooth texture.

Mix together in a bowl with the other ingredients.

Fry in coconut oil like an open omelette.

Flip it both sides to cook. Leave flat to cool.

I smeared mine with homemade pesto, tomatoes, rocket, avocado, lemon, left over Brussels! Add a drizzle of lemon.

You can add anything you wish.
