A healthy breakfast Smoothie Bowl recipe with fresh Beetroot, frozen berries, oats, fresh ginger, lime, banana, kiwi and homemade granola

Ingredients
2 medium beets peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen berries
1 medium banana peeled
1 medium kiwi peeled
2 cm fresh ginger
1 juice of lime
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 cup thick yogurt
fresh kiwi to serve
homemade granola to serve

How to
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Transfer to bowls and serve with fresh kiwi and homemade granola.
