Five ingredient recipe for Beetroot Hummus – serve with veggies or crackers for a healthy snack
1 Tin Chickpeas, drained
6 Tablespoons grated Beetroot
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
Salt & pepper
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
Pour chickpeas in blender, and pulse.
Add the grated beetroot, garlic and seasoning, pulse until smooth.
Place into a serving bowl and serve with carrots, celery sticks, cucumber sticks, melba toast or savoury biscuits.
