Enjoy a Mexican feast with this recipe for Beef Tacos

1 medium onion, chopped
450g ground lean mince
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon tomato paste

Taco seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon gochugaru or cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoons cornstarch or flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Other ingredients:
Corn shells
Sour Cream
Chili Peppers
Shredded Cheese
Chopped Scallions (green onions)

How to
Mix all the ingredients for the taco meat seasoning.

Saute onion and after 2-3 minutes add ground beef and garlic.

Break the ground beef and add seasoning and saute until completely cooked.

Add Ssamjang and tomato paste; stir to combine.

Let it cool down for a minute or two until putting them in the hard corn shells.
