In the mood for a quick and simple sweet treat? Try this recipe for chocolately Bar One and Marshmallow Pinwheels
One ready to use puff pastry roll
flour for dusting
4 x 55gr bar one bars (or any other toffee/choc bar should do)
a handful of white and pink marshmallows
2 tablespoons melted butter
First off, prepare a baking tin with non-stick spray and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Dust a clean surface with flour and gently roll the puff pastry out.
Chop the chocolate bars and marshmallows into small pieces and scatter over the pastry.
Roll the pastry up, cut in slices of about 3 cm thick, and arrange in the baking tin. Brush tops of pastry with melted butter.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 – 25 minutes.
