Recipe for healthy dried fruit (apricots, cherries and raisins), honey and nut granola – perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack.

2 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried apricot halves, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup salted butter, melted

How to
Preheat oven to 180 C.

Stir together oats, almonds, cherries, apricots, walnuts, and raisins. Mix together honey and butter and drizzle over oat mixture. Stir to combine.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Mix and bake an extra 10 minutes. Let cool.
