Put a delicious spin on your normal breakfast porridge with this recipe for Apple Pie Oats
1/3 cup organic rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cut up apple
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 lemon juice
handful of walnuts
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup of milk/water
Cook the oats and milk/water in a pot on the stove.
Once cooked, keep the stove on a medium heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
Continue to stir, and heat for a couple of minutes. Transfer into a bowl & serve. Enjoy!
