Recipe for Almond Dream Smoothie – the perfect sweet tooth alternative.

Handful raw almonds (around 10)
1 tsp almond butter ( optional)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of your preference)
1 fresh date-pitted and chopped.
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes

Blend away.

Finish off with some topping…I top mine with 2 fresh almonds/homemade granola/berries.
