A simple and delicious recipe for Banana Cake

1 (250ml) Cup Bananas
150g Margarine
1 (250ml) Cup Sugar
2 (500ml) Cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bi-carb
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
3 Tbs Milk
Pinch of salt

How to
Mix butter, sugar and eggs until creamy.

Add mashed bananas, and vanilla essence.

Sift flour and baking powder and add to mixture.

Dissolve bi-carb in milk and add to mixture.

Preheat oven 180 degrees and bake for 30 – 35 minutes (or until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean)
