A delightful, sugar-free recipe for Vanilla Chai Tea.
2 cardamon pods
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp tea leaves or 1 teabag
2 sachets Vanilla Canderel
60 ml milk
Crush the cardamon pods and put into a pan with the cloves and cinnamon stick, pour in 600ml water and bring to boiling point.
Remove from the heat and stand covered for 5 minutes. Add the tea leaves or tea bag and stand a further 5 minutes
Strain into 2 cups and then stir in the Canderel Vanilla. Add a little warmed milk as preferred.
