Vegan recipe for Hummus – a delicious dip for a variety of healthy snacks and it works well on sandwiches too.

100g Tahini
125ml Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Vegetable stock powder
Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp Garlic
100ml Olive Oil
Cream cheese (optional – leave out for Vegan)
900g Chickpeas
200ml Water

How to
Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Boil the chickpeas for 1 1/2 hours or until soft.

Place all the ingredients into the magi mix and blend until smooth.
