Try this reader submitted recipe for the Easiest Soup with sweetcorn and mozzarella.

half a bag of frozen corn or peas
a ball of mozzarella or 4 blocks of feta cheese
liquid chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

How to
Empty half a bag of frozen corn/peas into a pot and cover with water or chicken stock.
Boil for about 5 min
Add either a ball of Mozarella cheese or 4 slabs of Feta, salt and peper to taste and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
