Recipe for a tropical citrus smoothie bowl – easily made vegan if you replace honey with maple syrup
1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
1 cup Paw Paw chunks frozen
1 juice from one orange
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
orange segments to serve
Place all the ingredients in your high-speed blender and pulse until combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chia seeds, honey or maple syrup and orange segments.
