Make this vegetarian Mushroom and Tomato Pasta and you’ll have supper on the table in 20 minutes.

400g pasta, cooked weight
1/2 tsp garlic paste
200g mushrooms
100g onion
100g tomato
300g Weigh-Less Canned Chopped Tomatoes
10ml Weigh-Less Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to
Heat the olive oil in a large pot and lightly fry the sliced onion and mushroom until soft, add the garlic and fry for a further 2 minutes before adding all the tomatoes.

Season and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in cooked pasta and serve.
