This recipe for Butternut Tart is sent to us from one of our readers, Ansie, who says that all her friends love it!

1 Butternut (850ml cooked mashed butternut)
250 ml Cream
250 ml Flour
250 ml sugar
3 eggs
2 t baking powder

How to
Beat eggs and sugar. Add cream.

Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 180C for 3/4 hour.

Halfway through baking, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Serve with a generous helping of whipped cream, if you wish!
