This Noodle Casserole recipe is a great holiday lunch for the kids

200g egg noodles
340g small-curd cottage cheese
2 tsp cream cheese (optional)
110g butter (one stick)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
4 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt to taste
